Where do you deliver to?
We ship our party spirit globally! We deliver to most countries in Europe, North America, Australia, and more. Unfortunately, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas.
What are my delivery options and how long will it take?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Perfect if you need your items a bit quicker! We use trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £50! This economical option uses EMS. Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Ideal for planners!
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs checks or seasonal high demand, but we always work hard to get your goodies to you as fast as we can!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
