Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Wigs with broken packaging seals or that have been tried on/used
• Bondage products and intimate apparel
• Earrings or other pierced jewellery
• Used makeup or hairspray products

These items are final sale to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

5. Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please note:

• Order processing takes 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS, delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed—occasional customs delays may occur
• You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties in your country

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your purchases! Our policy:

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 15 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging with tags attached
• Standard shipping cost (£12.95) is non-refundable
• For free shipping orders, return shipping is customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty)
• Exchanges are only for defective/damaged items or the same item in different size/color
